This one day workshop will focus on capturing the essence of the live model within the composition of her surroundings. We will experiment with different paint techniques, transparencies and opacities, as well as heightened color. There will be one on one instruction as well as a group final critique by the instructor.
Each artist should bring oil paints, non-odor solvent, a palette, a snack and enthusiasm. The Studio will provide a surface for each artist. The model fee is built into the workshop cost.
