This one-day workshop will be e series of quick alla prima studies. The goal is to sharpen observational skills while making quick and confident brushwork. These exercises are intense and rewarding all at once. This course is particularly helpful for the artist who may be in a routine that needs refreshing. There will be a group critique by the instructor at the end of the course.
The Studio will provide the surfaces for each artist (4 each, included in the cost). There will be paints and mediums to sample throughout the workshop. Each artist should bring: oil paints, non-odor solvent, brushes, palette and enthusiasm.
